Barbara Papitto, the founder of the Papitto Opportunity Connection, says supporting others was ingrained in her at a young age, as she would watch her own mother, who worked in the mills of Providence, RI make sure others less fortunate were taken care of. Today, Barbara is dedicated to listening and helping to make connections, eliminate barriers to success and clearing pathways to empower Rhode Island’s BIPOC communities.
