In 2007, Ralph Papitto while chairman of the board of trustees at Roger Williams University used a word in a meeting that is offensive and hurtful to people of color. The use of the word was wrong and even though Ralph immediately apologized, he paid a heavy public price for it.  Barbara Papitto and POC Advisory Board member Arnell Milhouse have a frank conversation about making mistakes, the need for forgiveness and how a genuine commitment to understanding can contribute to the healing process.
